We’re excited to introduce Amber-Jane, our new General Manager at Caravanning Tasmania. With over a decade of experience in the caravan industry, Amber-Jane brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for building stronger communities within Tasmania.
Amber-Jane’s journey in the caravan industry began nearly 12-13 years ago when she started as a receptionist. From there, she moved into customer liaison at a dealership and quickly found her niche in Warranty. Over the years, she’s held various roles, including purchasing and sales, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry from multiple angles. For the past 6.5 years, she’s been with Regent, where she excelled as the Warranty Manager before recently being promoted to Business Development Manager.
Though she spent 9 years in Victoria, Amber-Jane grew up in Tasmania and is thrilled to be back, enjoying the lifestyle that only Tassie can offer. Living in South Spreyton with her husband, two stepsons, and two beloved dogs—a husky and a schnauzer—Amber-Jane appreciates the slower pace and natural beauty of her home state, a stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of Melbourne.
Amber-Jane’s experience in the Victorian caravan industry has equipped her with unique insights that she’s eager to bring to Tasmania. Her goal is to foster a more connected and collaborative caravanning community in the state. She’s passionate about helping operators, dealers, and enthusiasts alike work together as a team, rather than independently, to grow and strengthen the industry here in Tasmania.
